Who is Student Works Disposal and why I should use your service?

Student Works Disposal is a company that hires and selects students wanting to a make a difference.  We provide training in all aspects for work safe practices, customer service and entreprenuralship.  We strongly believe in investing in our youth towards a better tomorrow.   We are located in Vancouver, BC and operate throughout the lower mainland. We offer full service junk removal with a two man team and mini bin dumpster rentals. We strive to provide our customers with fast, cost effective and efficient services at all times.

Do you only hire students?

Student works disposal is a company that hires and selects students but does not discriminate against potential team members due to age, race, religion, or gender.  Anyone that is interested in being a part of our team is always welcomed.

What materials do you accept?

Student Works Disposal offers full service junk removal for your household, commercial,  properties and construction sites.

Household items: Furniture, green waste, plastic, television, carpet, kitchen appliances, misc household items, bookshelves, mattresses, soft beds

Commercial Properties: Computers, electronics, tables, chairs, printers, paper, books, ink, cardboard, monitors, lights

Construction sites: Drywall, dirt, soil, concrete, glass, roofing, metal, wood, pain tiling

How far in advance do we need to book for an appointment? How do we arrange an appointment?

We are able to offer same day service to our clients (depending on difficulty and our schedule & location), but scheduled appointments are always recommended.  Please do not hesitate to give us a call we maybe in your area and can offer the best price for your job.

Do you charge for estimates?

We offer free no obligation onsite estimates.  An appointment can be made for a free no obligation quote where our uniformed team members will be able to provide a firm detailed estimate.

What happens to our items after being removed from our premises? Do they get donated to charity/ Salvation Army?

Student Works Disposal believes in sustainable living. Anything reusable items  that are clean and in demand  we donate.  We cannot guarantee that all of our clients items can be donated due to items accepted are finalized by the charitable organizations discretion.

Are you insured ?

Yes, we are fully insured.

We strive to be the most cost effective disposal service while maintaining a the highest level of service and professionalism.  We will match or beat our competitors written quotes guaranteed.

Can you remove asbestos/ hazardous materials?

Student Works Disposal is not able to remove special hazardous materials which we are not qualified to handle.  Inquiries are welcomed and we work with a number of specialized facilities and companies that are qualified to do so.  We can always give free advice and guidance to our clients for their hazardous disposal needs.  Please do not hesitate to inquire.

Do you do demolition?

Please call to inquire we will try our best to accommodate our clients needs.  However, jobs that require special equipment or skill can be directed to one of our partners that specialize in demolitions.
